Ugo Aniasi
| Mr. Aniasi, CEO of General Marketing Services (Italy), has extensive staff, line and main Board level experience in several major oil companies operating in Italy, as well as broad range of consulting experience in the environmental, waste management, electronic and shipping industries. He has provided senior level government and industry consulting regarding privatization, takeovers, restructuring, new market penetration, marketing developments, labor union and politically sensitive activities. With a long and distinguished career in almost every phase of the Italian petroleum industry, Mr. Aniasi has actively participated in the rapidly moving Italian energy market as adviser and counselor to industry and government as well as leadership in practical operating experience. Mr. Aniasi began his petroleum career in Shell Italiana in the marketing area and moved through Marathon, Gulf and Kuwait Petroleum in ever increasing levels of responsibility as mergers and acquisitions occurred. He has had executive management positions in Marketing, Government Affairs and Planning and Administration. He also served on the Boards of several Italian companies: Gulf Oil Italy, Kuwait Petroleum Italy, Sarni, Praoil – Eni group, IP – Eni group.
Mr. Aniasi was awarded a degree in economics from the University of Milan. He subsequently served as a Lieutenant in the Alpine regiment of the Italian Army.

TransEco Sdn Bhd is the leading local practitioner of logistics and supply chain management. For several industries including oil & gas, Mr. Chek focuses primarily in Supply Chain Management Strategy, Logistics and Distribution Channel Strategy, Third Party Logistics Selection, Planning and Operations, and Evaluation of Public Sector Transport Projects & Privatization.
With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Chek specializes in transport, logistics and supply chain management consulting with strong project advisory and implementation track records and knowledge gained from projects in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. Mr. Chek has lectured in Singapore Polytechnic & RMIT University in Australia was awarded Bachelor and Masters degrees in logistics from Australia universities.

Ken Dymock

Ken Dymock is a Vice President of the Concord Consulting Group in Canada and has extensive experience as a senior line manager in the petroleum industry. He has managed projects in product and market development, supply and trading, inventory control, logistics operations optimization and consolidation and process development. Ken Dymock has worked for both Petro-Canada and Gulf Canada and has experience in Research & Development, Technical Service, Lubricants Development & Sales as well as Supply and Distribution. In this later role, he was General Manager of Distribution and responsible for petroleum product logistics across Canada.
Ken received an Honours B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo in Chemistry and Mathematics and was the recipient of the Chemistry Industry Gold Key for standing first in his class. He also has a Ph.D. from the University of Florida and was elected to the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

Ben Edwards
|
Mr. Edwards, a Senior Consultant to Concord Consulting Group, is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has broad experience as an executive in the petroleum industry in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States in addition to doing consulting work in the strategic planning and financial fields. He is also currently a Director of Centro Internacional de Serviços Executivos, which is affiliated with the International Executive Service Corps founded by David Rockefeller. Mr. Edwards also serves as a Senior Adviser to The Global Business Network. For many years, Mr. Edwards was a senior executive at Gulf Oil Corporation with various responsibilities including petroleum terminal and trucking benchmarking and productivity analysis in Brazil, VP of Crude Oil and Manager of Trading for the Western Hemisphere, Manager of Crude Oil for the Eastern Hemisphere (London and Tokyo), and Project Manager/Chief Negotiator for the purchase of 25% of the Korean state oil company. Previously, Mr. Edwards was a Vice President of A. G. Edwards & Sons, an investment banking firm serving both domestic and international markets. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Goodrich Petroleum Company, Patrick Petroleum Company and Barry Wiggins, Inc. of London, UK.
He received an AB from Yale University after a combat tour as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army. Subsequently he received a graduate law degree (JD) from George Washington University. Mr. Edwards is a member of the American Bar Association; United States Federal Bar; and the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.

Mott Groom

Mr. Groom, Vice President in the Oil and Gas practice of Concord Consulting Group, has broad experience as an executive in and consultant to the oil and gas industries in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. Previously, Mr. Groom served as President and CEO of the refining and marketing company, Gulf Italiana Spa. He was also UK Marketing Director for Chevron (GOGB) ; VP of Planning (Gulf T&T), Refinery Manager (Gulf Oil), Vice President Eastern Europe (Gulf Oil) and General Manager in the gas and gas liquids (LPG) operation (Warren Petroleum).
Mr. Groom received his BA cum laude, from Albion College; an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and has graduated from the Program for Senior Executives, MIT Sloan School of Management

Paul Mawn
| Mr. Mawn, Senior Vice President in the Oil & Gas practice of Concord Consulting Group, has extensive experience as both a senior line manager and a consultant in the petroleum industry. He has managed projects for various US and international clients in marketing research, productivity analysis, benchmarking, business planning, logistics optimization, and organization analysis. After his release from active duty as an officer in the US Navy, Mr. Mawn worked for Exxon for several years which included time in a lube plant/refinery, as an industrial sales representative, district manager, and operations manager. He later served as general manager for fuel oil and then manager of corporate planning at Hess Oil. Previously, Mr. Mawn also directed petroleum related consulting projects at Arthur D. Little and Mercer Management Consulting. During this time, Mr. Mawn simultaneously continued to serve in the active ready reserve of the US Navy where he achieved the rank of Captain and also qualified as a petroleum logistics officer after extensive military experience with the Defense Energy Supply Command, the Navy Petroleum Office, the Pentagon, and various afloat line billets. For activities related to Desert Storm, Captain Mawn was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal by the Secretary of the Navy. Mr. Mawn also currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Advocates for Harvard ROTC.
Mr. Mawn received a B.A. (cum laude) in Geology from Harvard University and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Arcangelo Modugno

Mr. Modugno has been actively involved in senior management positions with the Italian subsidiary of a major international oil company. He now serves as an independent professional and senior consultant within groups oriented to counseling and training for oil companies and retail dealers. He is the teacher of “Services Marketing” and “Customer Satisfaction” at IED (European Institute of Marketing and Communication).
Mr. Modugno took a degree in law with full marks at Bari University (EU common law and competition law experienced) and received a master in business administration from Istituto Superiore Imprenditori e Dirigenti d’Azienda (MBA- ISIDA- Palermo).

Malcolm Petrie
|
Mr. Petrie is a Director of Concord Consulting Group in the UK and is based in Glasgow, Scotland. He has responsibility for consulting projects within the European petroleum and chemical industries. His assignment work has encompassed a broad range of services including business appraisal and planning, performance improvement studies, business process re-engineering, organizational reviews, and training. His work experience covers the S.E. Asia/Pacific region, the Middle East, Europe, and Scandinavia, South Africa and Russia, much of it with the PA Consulting Group. Before this, he worked at the Texaco refinery in Trinidad as a process engineer and process supervisor and for Shell-Mex and BP with responsibilities for marketing industrial fuels in Northern England.
Mr. Petrie received an honours degree, B.S. in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Glasgow. He is a Fellow of both the UK Institute of Management Consultants and the Institute of Petroleum.

Tom Ryan

Mr. Ryan is a Senior Consultant to Concord Consulting Group specializing in the refining, marketing and financing operations of the energy industry. His clients include a number of energy companies, consulting firms, financial groups and federal agencies. Previously Mr. Ryan had been an energy institutional financial analyst at Underwood Nuehaus & Co. and as the Vice President of Finance at Rotan Mosle. Mr. Ryan had previously worked as a financial and marketing analyst in the petroleum industry with Mobil Oil, Gulf Oil and Tenneco. During his college vacations, he rough necked on a drilling rig in North Dakota and later on a seismograph crew in Colorado.
Mr. Ryan received an A.B. from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
